Mindful Coloring- Elementary

Mindful colouring during recess time offers students a relaxing and creative way to unwind. Cribbage Club- Grades 5 & 6

The Cribbage Club for Grades 5 and 6 is a fun and exciting way for students to dive into the classic card game of cribbage! Whether they’re new to the game or seasoned players, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun. Students will learn strategies, sharpen their math skills, and enjoy friendly competition in a relaxed, supportive environment. With each hand, players can challenge themselves, make new friends, and develop critical thinking skills. It’s a fantastic way to add a little extra excitement to recess while having a blast with cards!

Chess Club- Grades 5 & 6

The Grade 5-6 Chess Club is a fun and engaging opportunity for students to sharpen their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills while playing chess. Whether they’re beginners or experienced players, students come together to learn new techniques, participate in friendly competitions, and improve their game. The club fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the classic game of chess, providing a supportive space for everyone to grow and challenge themselves in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Art Club- Grades 5-8

The Grade 5-8 After-School Art Club is a creative space where students can explore their artistic talents and express themselves through a variety of mediums. From painting and drawing to sculpting and mixed media, the club offers something for every young artist. It's a fun and supportive environment where students can experiment, develop their skills, and work on exciting projects with their peers. Whether they’re beginners or budding artists, the After-School Art Club encourages imagination, fosters creativity, and provides a perfect way to unwind after a busy school day.

Open Mic Events- Grades 5-8

The Open Mic Events for Grades 5-8 are a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their talents in a fun and supportive environment! Whether it’s singing, poetry, stand-up comedy, storytelling, or playing an instrument, these events give students a chance to shine and express themselves creatively. It’s a great way to build confidence, connect with friends, and enjoy the diverse talents of peers. The atmosphere is welcoming, exciting, and full of energy—perfect for anyone looking to share their passion or try something new!

Worship Choir

Begins in September and runs year-long. Practices are during lunch recess when needed.  Students learn songs and hymns for our school liturgy services and perform as a choir at each Mass.  All students who are interested in music and singing are welcome to join!

Musical Theatre

The School Musical Theater for Grades 5-8 is an exciting opportunity for students to explore the world of performing arts! This year’s production is Annie Jr., a heartwarming and lively musical that brings together unforgettable songs, vibrant characters, and a timeless story. Students will have the chance to shine on stage, whether through acting, singing, or dancing, all while building teamwork, confidence, and creativity. It’s a fantastic way for students to develop their talents and be part of an unforgettable theatrical experience. Join us for a season full of fun, laughter, and drama as we bring Annie Jr. to life!

Student Leadership

Student Leadership is all about empowering students to make a difference and have fun while doing it! This group of enthusiastic students takes the lead in organizing exciting activities, fun fundraisers, and school spirit days throughout the year. From organizing themed dress-up days and school-wide challenges to raising money for great causes, Student Leadership is all about bringing the school together and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere. It’s a fantastic way for students to develop leadership skills, work as a team, and make lasting memories while planning activities that everyone can enjoy!

AMA School Safety Patrollers

AMA School Safety Patrollers play a crucial role in keeping our school community safe, and we like to think of them as the superheroes of the crosswalk! These dedicated students don their fluorescent vests every day, braving rain, shine, sleet, or snow, to ensure their classmates get to school safely. With their keen sense of responsibility and team spirit, the safety patrollers help guide traffic, promote safety awareness, and lead by example. Their commitment to protecting others makes them true heroes on our school grounds, helping to create a safer and more caring environment for all.
